The FuturX project was born in 2024 with an ambitious idea: to build a safe and inclusive shelter for children with disabilities
2024
- Definition of the strategic guidelines, master plan, and social needs analysis for “The Villaggio della Solidarietà”.
- Asset consolidation through the formal acquisition of the area designated for the development of the complex.
- Production of institutional communication assets for presenting the Vision across the territory and to the first stakeholders.
2025
- Official presentation of the project and activation of the first structured fundraising lines.
- Development of the digital infrastructure and authoritative positioning of the communication channels.
- Establishment of an Advisory Board (Ethics/Scientific Committee) to ensure the transparency and effectiveness of the charitable initiatives.
- Establishment of strategic partnerships with Third Sector organizations, philanthropic foundations, and companies committed to social responsibility (CSR).
2026
- Completion of the architectural design with the integration of the highest ESG standards (environmental, social, and governance).
- Integration of futuristic technologies and inclusive home automation solutions into the spatial layout, designed to create immersive, barrier-free environments where every child can feel fully comfortable and safe.
- Management of the authorization process and selection of technical partners based on criteria of excellence and transparency.
- Institutional cornerstone-laying ceremony and official start of construction works.
2027
- Construction work will be carried out in batches to optimize the opening times of the multipurpose and recreational areas.
- Developing social-welfare and educational programs supported by cutting-edge equipment, designed to gently stimulate cognitive and sensory development, always ensuring the maximum well-being and serenity of children and young people.
- Establishment of the operational committee and recruitment of specialized staff (educators, pedagogists, social and health workers, and volunteer coordinators).
- Operational Objective: Official inauguration of the complex and activation of reception protocols, with the capacity to support 500 families with children with disabilities.
2028
- All areas of the Village are fully operational, with continuous monitoring to ensure that the spaces and solutions adopted always maintain the highest standards of comfort for our little guests.
- Development of advanced programs for the social inclusion and development of children's independence.
- Publication of the first Sustainability Report and Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report to inform donors of the real and tangible results achieved.
